Our local MP Michael Jack, who is also the chairman of the Government's environment, food and rural affairs select committee, was on You and Yours today talking about flooding.

With half of the Fylde underwater today due to the extremely heavy rain this was quite an appropriate time for him to speak on the subject!

Apparently we may yet be saved by the little water vole.  They are to be given protection from developers etc so if anyone can find some living happily on the Moss it could prove very useful!! Grin
